Subprocessors.
The subprocessors DropStream engages to process customer data in the course of providing our services.
Last updated August 26, 2026
DropStream engages the following subprocessors to process customer data in the course of providing our services. Each subprocessor is bound by a written agreement imposing data-protection obligations no less protective than those in our Data Processing Agreement.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Amazon Web Services, Inc. | Cloud infrastructure — hosting, storage, and processing of customer data | United States |
| Anthropic, PBC | AI-assisted product features. Inference only: contractually prohibited from using customer data to train AI/ML models | United States |
| Zendesk, Inc. | Customer support ticketing | United States |
AI/ML data usage
No subprocessor is permitted to use customer data to train, fine-tune, or improve AI or machine-learning models. AI-assisted features process customer data on an inference-only basis, solely to provide the requested functionality.
Changes to this list
We will update this page before engaging a new subprocessor that will process customer data. Customers with a Data Processing Agreement in place will be notified in accordance with its subprocessor-change provisions and may object as described there.
